Archive

The on-line archive was developed for rapid record access via a web interface. Each record on the archive contains information that is paralel to the image stored. To access the image for print or review, click the view button or seelct multipe documents and click "veiw checked"

AND / OR

In the Extended Search option the user can select to use the AND or the OR comparrison

End Date

The final date to be included in a search.

Extended Search

Extended search allows for additional search options. The second search value (Search Value 2) can now be used in addition to basic search. The second Search By value must be selected

Note: If the second search value (Search Value 2) is left blank, the advanced search option will be ignored.

Login

To enter the archive a user must authenticate using the provided user name and password. By selecting the "Keep me logged in" checkbox the password is remebered by the system for two weeks and will not require additional logons.

Password

The SECRET code for loging into the system. Should be between 6~15 charachters long and should not include standard names (Michael, Robert, etc.)

Search

Searching the archive requires minimal input from the user. Just follow these steps:

NOTE: The date ranege if left blank defaults to the entire record set. No date constraints are set on the search. To narrow the search, enter the dates.

Search By

The "Search By" field allows the user to select the archive column to search. A user can search a range of archive data based on the drop-down options.

Search Value

The Search Value is the user input field. The archive is searched based on the combination of Search By + Search Value = Result List

Single Account

A single account is a restricted account that only allowes the user to look up records based on the user name.

A single account user will only have access to his/hers records.

Start Date

The initial date to be included in a search.

User Name

The login name to be identified by the system. Should be between 6~15 charachters long and should not include standard names (Michael, Robert, etc.)
